Our human body has been the matter of study in all civilizations, all religions, all cultures. Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, Jewish, Shintoists, Christians, and Catholics, we all have a different definition for the human body.
But the question for ourselves is: Do we really know our human body?
The Human Body has been the center of the study and reflection for science and they have been advancing more than ever before in its understanding and clear knowledge. Science now has showed us the amazing human machine that we have and carry every day. We are able to know its components, its chemistry, its biology, and the great amount of information that we barely could grasp about our human body.
For us Catholics is a channel through which God communicate with us. The Human Body is the source of our life. We Catholics understand that the Human Being is Body, Soul and Spirit.
Nuestro cuerpo humano ha sido materia de estudio en todas las civilizaciones, en todas las religiones, en todas las culturas, Hindues, Budistas, Musulmanes, Judíos, Shintoistas, Cristianos, y Católicos, todos tenemos una definición diferente del Cuerpo Humano. Pero la pregunta para nosotros es: ¿Conocemos realmente nuestro cuerpo humano?
El Cuerpo Humano ha sido el centro de estudio y reflexión para la ciencia, y ellos han avanzado inmensamente en el entendimiento y conocimiento claro de lo que es el Cuerpo Humano. La ciencia ahora nos muestra con gran lujo de detalles la increible maquina humana en la cual vivimos y cargamos cada día. Ahora nosotros tenemos la capacidad de conocer sus componentes, su química, su biología, y toda una gran cantidad de información que apenas nosotros podemos medio entender acerca de nuestro cuerpo.
Para nosotros los Católicos el Ser Humano esta compuesto del Cuerpo, el Alma y el Espíritu.
